How general-purpose AI and ANIMA work together: bringing company context into ChatGPT and Claude
Let the ChatGPT and Claude your team uses every day draw on your company's knowledge, cases, and workflows.
ANIMA is enterprise AI from ANIWEAVE. It joins collaboration tools such as LINE, Slack, and Teams, learns how your company works, and has the work ready before you ask. Teams already using ChatGPT or Claude don't have to switch tools to give them ANIMA's company context.
ChatGPT and Claude can read what you paste or upload, but not your company's contracts, past case records, or team discussions. Through MCP (think of it as a universal socket for AI tools, an open standard that connects ChatGPT and Claude to outside systems), ANIMA makes company context, meaning how your company works and the background behind each decision, available for them to query.
The same complaint reply, with three more things in it
(The scenario and numbers below are illustrative.) A longtime client writes in: the ten inspection devices shipped last month repeatedly measured out of tolerance, and they want to return them. A sales rep asks ChatGPT to draft a reply. ChatGPT writes a draft from the email, but it doesn't know the warranty terms or past compensation precedents.
With ANIMA's company context, the same email cites the warranty period in the contract and explains what the company is responsible for. It mentions that a similar case last year was handled with an extended warranty. It also attaches the cause the R&D team currently suspects.
These three things are spread across the company: the warranty terms are in the contract, the compensation precedent is in customer service's case records and correspondence, and the initial cause is in the R&D team's Jira (a project collaboration and workflow management platform) discussion. ANIMA organizes them into company context: it can find each record, remember the background behind each decision, and know which rules are officially in effect.

Bring company context to ChatGPT and Claude through ANIMA MCP
ANIMA sets up and maintains the MCP connection for you. An admin sets it up once, and team members can then use it in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Cursor, VS Code, and Gemini.
When an AI tool needs company information, it queries ANIMA, for example to search, ask a question, read a document, or have ANIMA run a skill or workflow. ANIMA first checks what the user's role permissions allow, then returns the content, and logs the time, user, and content of every query.
So when your team assigns work to ChatGPT or Claude, they can draw on ANIMA's skills and workflows as well as the company's data.
Work assigned to ChatGPT or Claude follows the same boundaries as it does in ANIMA: they only read the memory ANIMA has built up and never change it, and messages that go out under the company's name and actions that write to systems are confirmed by you first.
One complaint, from sales to R&D
(The illustrative scenario continues.) Besides the reply, the sales rep needs to prepare a quote for an alternative. With ANIMA's company context, when ChatGPT drafts the quote it also brings in this client's past discounts, payment terms, and approval records, so the new quote can be checked against them directly.
Customer service takes over the return and asks Claude to summarize common industry practice. With company context, Claude also brings in the company's return procedures and the same precedent the sales rep's reply cited: last year another client had the same problem, the company offered an extended warranty instead of a full refund, and the client ended up renewing. Customer service doesn't have to work out the compensation from scratch.
While tracing the cause, R&D compares the code and error logs in Cursor (an AI tool for writing code). With company context, Cursor also brings in the Jira issue discussion, the change history from GitHub (a platform that stores code and its change history), and why it was designed that way: three years ago, this piece of code was written this way on purpose to meet a regulatory requirement. With that history, R&D can first confirm which clients that regulation affects, then decide the scope of the change.
Three days later, the reply, the alternative quote, and the fix schedule the client receives all cite the same warranty terms and the same precedent.
