Anwezhe Reversal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company" or "we") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter this "Policy") is intended to explain how we collect, process, use, and protect your personal data when you use our services. • C001 Personal identifiers: for example, name, email address, social media account, and other information you provide upon registration.
• C003 Identifiers in government data: for example, national ID number (when specific verification needs arise).
• C011 Personal descriptions: for example, age, gender, etc.
• Content you provide to this service: we collect the "Input Content" you provide and the "Generated Content" produced for you.
• Automatically collected technical information: your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, usage logs, cookies, and other connection-trail data.
3. Period, region, recipients, and manner of use of personal data:
Period: From the date you agree to this Policy until the date you or the Company terminates the service contract. However, this shall not apply where otherwise provided by law or where necessary for the performance of business.
Region: Your personal data may be transferred to, and processed and used at, the locations of the Company's servers around the world or those of third-party service providers with whom we cooperate (for example: cloud hosts AWS, Google Cloud).
Recipients: The Company, the Company's affiliated enterprises, partner vendors that provide services to us (for example: payment service providers, cloud service providers), and government agencies with investigative authority under the law.
Manner: By automated machines or other non-automated means, processing and use are carried out within the scope of the purposes set forth in the PDPA and this Policy. To improve the quality of our services, we will use your "Input Content" and "Generated Content" to train, calibrate, and improve our AI models. We respect your right to data autonomy, and for users of certain paid plans we provide the right to opt out of having their content used for model training. This option can be managed in your account settings.
II. Use of Cookies
To provide you with the best service experience, this service uses cookie technology. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer. If you do not wish to accept the writing of cookies, you may set the privacy level to high in the settings of the browser you use to refuse the writing of cookies; however, this may cause certain functions of the website to not operate properly.
III. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 3 of the PDPA, with respect to your personal data held by us, you may exercise the following rights:
a) To inquire about or request to review it.
b) To request that a copy be made.
c) To request supplementation or correction.
d) To request the cessation of collection, processing, or use.
e) To request deletion.

After confirming your identity, the Company will process your request as promptly as possible in accordance with the law. You may, through the options in your account settings, directly manage whether your content is used for AI model training, which is also one way to exercise your right under d).
IV. Data Security and Retention
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational security measures that meet industry standards (referencing but not limited to the spirit of the ISO 27001 information security management system) to protect the security of your personal data. However, transmission over the internet is not 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data during transmission.
Your personal data will be retained for the duration of your account or for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of collection. When you exercise the right to deletion or terminate your account, we will, in accordance with our internal data-handling standards and within a reasonable operational time, delete or de-identify data that can directly or indirectly identify you. Where otherwise provided by law (such as tax, accounting, or data retention periods required by competent authorities) or where retention is otherwise necessary under contract, the Company will retain the necessary data within the relevant statutory or contractual retention period, and will securely delete or de-identify it once the period expires.
V. Children's Privacy
This service is not directed at minors under the age of eighteen. We do not intentionally collect the personal data of persons under the age of eighteen. If we discover such a situation, we will immediately take measures to delete the relevant data.
VI. Revisions to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Any revision will be posted on this service's website, and the "Last updated" date will be updated. We recommend that you review this Policy periodically. If you continue to use this service after a revision, it indicates that you agree to accept the revised Policy.
