WEAVE Space for Realtors & Sellers
Let buyers experience the property before the viewing.
Restyle and enhance the existing space directly in the 360° panorama, with every styled direction shown next to the original. No physical staging or second shoot needed.
Your first project is free - no credit card needed
Not a photo. A space buyers can look around.
The problem
Buyers only see the property as it looks today.
Empty rooms, dated finishes, and unfinished spaces can hide what the property could become. Physical staging takes time, while each new direction can require another round of styling and photography.
The potential stays hidden
Buyers judge the property by its current appearance, even when the space could feel completely different.
Staging has to happen first
The property needs to be prepared before the photographer or 360° camera arrives.
One shoot shows one direction
Changing the presentation can mean styling the property and capturing it again.
Alternatives lose their context
Separate reference images cannot show how a direction would actually feel inside the property.
Sound familiar?
You have to make buyers feel the space. Photos and floorplans don't do that.
-
1
Buyers ask what it could become. Can I answer honestly?
Show styled directions of existing surfaces and finishes, always next to the original.
-
2
Buyers keep asking how the rooms connect. Can they check for themselves?
Share an interactive 360° space. They explore layout, flow, and atmosphere at their own pace.
-
3
Out-of-town buyers can't visit. Can they still explore?
Send a link. They walk through the space from wherever they are.
→Buyers know what to do next: enquire, visit, lease, or make an offer.

Interact · Visualize · Decide
Let buyers see the potential, look around, and respond in place.
The three pillars of every WEAVE Space property tour, in the order that matters for a sale or lease.
01 · Interact
Show how the property could feel in a different direction
Apply a visual style and change the appearance of existing surfaces, finishes, and objects where it helps communicate the property's potential.
02 · Visualize
Let buyers look around for themselves
Show the layout, flow, and atmosphere of the property beyond photos and floorplans.
03 · Decide
Make buyer questions and interest clear
Buyers annotate exact rooms, surfaces, or details, so you know what they need before the next step.
Control
The professional stays in control.
Buyers explore, compare, and respond. They do not change the presentation, and the original is never hidden.
You decide what gets shown
Buyers see the original plus the styled directions you chose to present.
You make every change
Buyers react and ask. The visuals are only ever changed by you.
You decide what gets shared
Every view goes out as a controlled link you manage per buyer.
You decide what moves forward
Buyer questions come back tied to exact locations. You decide the follow-up.

One property, every room it's made of
Layout and flow are what listings struggle to show. WEAVE Space carries buyers from room to room in one connected space.
Turn a floor plan into a 360° space. No camera, no photographer.
We're building a way to generate a 360° panorama for every room straight from a floor plan, so a listing without any 360° photography can still become an interactive space. This is not live yet.
- No 360° camera or hired photographer
- No on-site shoot to schedule
- A panorama generated per room, ready to style and share

Questions
Frequently asked
Isn't this just another virtual tour?+
A virtual tour lets people look around. WEAVE Space also lets them see styled directions and leave questions or preferences inside the property.
What do I need to create a tour?+
A supported 360° panorama. If you don't have one yet, our floor-plan-to-panorama feature (coming soon) is being built to generate one from a floor plan instead.
What is the floor-plan-to-panorama feature?+
A capability we're building: upload a floor plan and WEAVE Space generates a 360° panorama for each room, no camera or photographer needed. It is not live yet. Request early access to help us shape it.
Do buyers need an account or an app?+
No. Buyers open a controlled link in the browser on any device. No account, no install.
Is the potential shown honestly?+
Yes. Styled directions change the appearance of existing surfaces and finishes and are always shown next to the original. WEAVE Space does not add furniture or change the layout.
What does it cost?+
You start free with 20 points, no credit card required. The Pass is a one-time $28 USD purchase of 120 points that never expire. A 360° panorama costs 5 points.
